Flexa has launched its color of the year for the 20th time. The color of 2023 is Wild Wonder™: a positive, natural yellow hue inspired entirely by nature. With its rich glow, this trend color radiates positivity. The warm shade pairs beautifully with natural materials like wicker, wood, and plants. We're fans.
Every year, Flexa's color experts and a panel of international design experts gather to determine the latest trends for the coming year. They translate global insights and emerging trends into a single color that perfectly matches the mood of the moment. This year, a positive shade with a full glow inspired by nature has been chosen: Wild Wonder™.
In addition to the color of the year, Flexa offers four accompanying user-friendly color palettes. Each palette is inspired by nature and creates a unique look.
The Lush color palette consists of soft green, moss green, peat purple, and soft lilac shades. The shades found in the forest form the basis for this palette. Apply these colors and bring nature into your home. Combined with Wild Wonder™, you bring a sense of calm to your space. The combination with the color Wild Wonder™ creates a warm contrast.
The Buzz palette features soft pink, yellow, and pastel pink hues, inspired by wildflower meadows teeming with bees, butterflies, and grasses. These cheerful and vibrant colors create a vibrant effect. Use these colors for color blocking, paint geometric shapes on the walls, or use two contrasting colors on different walls.

The Raw palette is inspired by natural raw materials like straw, wood, and wheat. The warm colors add warmth and depth to your home. Combine these colors with natural materials to emphasize the natural, warm tones of cinnamon, nutmeg, brown, soft orange, and subtle pink.
Sea blue, pebble gray, and shell pink—hues found on the coast—make up the Flow color palette. A palette consisting of dark and light shades that are perfect for experimenting. Color blocks and paint effects: nothing is too crazy. Even in rooms with little natural light, these warm coastal tones work well. The neutral colors create a spacious feel in any room.
